Responsibilities

• Develop computational tools for in-house use or client services according to business requirements using SQL, Python, R and similar programs; scope may extend to database design and management.
• Perform data cleansing, data manipulation and data shaping according to business requirements.
• Configure systems/software (e.g., SAS) according to business requirements.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Lead and develop diverse, high-performing people and teams; collaborate to build productive relationships and networks; set priorities and align team objectives; influence stakeholders and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Solid background with professional experience in banks/financial institutions in a Business Intelligence Developer role is preferred.
• At least a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or related programming discipline; modest computational background with some statistics and econometrics knowledge.
• Programming experience, preferably within banking systems.
• Computer literacy in standard applications such as Microsoft Office is required.
• Strong client-service orientation and ability to deal with multiple internal/external stakeholders; good interpersonal skills and self-initiation.
• Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in documentation in both Thai and English.
• For male candidates, Certificate of Military Exemption is required.
