Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relations with all existing producers and identify business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement visitation plans to all key brokers/agents to enhance relationships.
• Make suggestions and recommendations to improve working procedures or processes to increase unit efficiency.
• Plan and implement marketing activities to achieve defined targets.
• Conduct regular sales and portfolio analysis to ensure consistency of performance and implement improvements when necessary.
• Monitor and manage assigned brokers to support sales volume.
• Promote relationships within relevant industries on both business and private levels to be recognized as a reliable and valuable partner.
• Acquire and improve knowledge and skills from internal and external sources to ensure work quality and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all related activities are implemented as planned.
• Other related jobs as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related field.
• Direct experience in sales and marketing in financial institutions, insurance, or related business.
• Any AI-future skills (e.g., ChatGPT or CoPilot 365) will be an advantage.
