As a Hyperautomation Engineer you will design and deliver scalable automation solutions that connect systems, streamline processes, and eliminate manual effort across multiple platforms and regions. This is a hands-on engineering role working across technologies to build integrated solutions that are reliable, efficient, and built for scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement hyperautomation solutions combining RPA, workflow orchestration, APIs, data, and AI to automate complex, multi-system business processes.
• Develop, test, and deploy robust automation workflows using RPA platforms, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability in production.
• Build and maintain integrations between internal systems and external platforms using REST APIs and structured data (JSON, XML, Excel).
• Incorporate AI-driven capabilities and intelligent document processing into automation solutions to improve decision-making, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities to eliminate manual effort, reduce complexity, and improve operational scalability.
• Monitor automation performance, investigate failures, and resolve production issues to ensure stable workflow execution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into practical, scalable automation solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing automations to improve performance, scalability, and resilience, and produce clear technical documentation and solution designs following development standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in automation, RPA development, system integration, or software engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath or similar automation platforms.
• Experience building multi-system or cross-application automation solutions and supporting/maintaining them in production environments.
• Strong experience working with APIs (REST services) and structured data formats such as JSON, XML, and Excel.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (such as Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or similar environments is an advantage.
• Understanding of or exposure to integrating AI-enabled tools or intelligent document processing is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in automation workflows and integrations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams; exposure to global or cross-functional environments and RPA certifications are a plus.
