Dairy Queen-Service Staff (Part-time) | พนักงานบริการ

Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service according to company standards and guidelines to deliver excellent experiences and maximum satisfaction to all customers, while supporting increased sales for the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely, with a smile, and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to trained standard procedures to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Introduce products and sales promotions to customers accurately to increase sales.
• Ask for and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.

Product Inspection and Delivery

• Check food quality to meet standards before serving to customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers accurately, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting a shift.

Cleanliness and Hygiene Maintenance

• Ensure the assigned area is clean, tidy, and fully equipped for service at all times.
• Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strictly follow company safety and hygiene standards.

General Operations

• Strictly adhere to company regulations and supervisor's instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
• Summarise daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

Junior High School (M.3) or equivalent or higher.

Experience

No experience required (experience in service will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, cheerful, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest with duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Has a Food Handler's Training Certificate (will be given special consideration).
