在泰国投资的中国工厂，目前正在寻找合格的候选人，岗位需要具备英语沟通能力。

Positions Available

• General Manager Assistant — Assist General Manager in business communication, coordination and liaison with internal and external parties; support the General Manager in daily work follow-up, task arrangement and project promotion; ensure smooth communication between the General Manager and all departments/partners.
• HR Manager (HRM) — Be responsible for the overall human resource management of the Thailand factory, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, etc.; require at least 5 years of relevant work experience as an HR Manager, with rich experience in recruitment; be familiar with Thai labor laws and regulations, and be able to handle daily HR affairs independently.
• Finance Manager — Be responsible for the overall financial management of the Thailand factory, including financial budgeting, accounting, financial analysis; handle external liaison with government departments and tax-related affairs, ensure compliance with Thai financial and tax regulations; manage the financial team and improve the efficiency of financial work.

Responsibilities

• รับผิดชอบงานทรัพยากรบุคคลโดยรวมของโรงงานในไทย รวมถึงการสรรหา การปฐมนิเทศ การบริหารผลงาน และความสัมพันธ์กับพนักงาน (Overall HR management: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations).
• ดำเนินงาน HR ประจำวันได้อย่างอิสระและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน-ภายนอก

Qualifications

• ต้องมีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่ง HR Manager และมีประสบการณ์ด้านการสรรหาอย่างมาก
• คุ้นเคยกับกฎหมายแรงงานไทยและข้อบังคับ สามารถจัดการงาน HR ประจำวันได้ด้วยตนเอง
• ผู้สมัครต้องเป็นสัญชาติไทย และสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ยอดเยี่ยม
