About the role
- Work Location: Bangpoo, Thailand
- Reporting Line: Assistant Maintenance Manager
- Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability and minimal production downtime. You will supervise a team of technicians, drive preventive maintenance activities, respond to breakdowns, and ensure timely completion of maintenance work through SAP while supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot production issues.
- Ensure production equipment operates safely and efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Supervise the maintenance team to support production schedules and operational targets.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and optimize maintenance costs.
- Manage and close maintenance work orders (TECO) in SAP, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Prepare monthly maintenance reports, including work order status and breakdown analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment and process abnormalities.
- Train and develop technicians to strengthen technical capability and performance.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation, tools, and maintenance records are audit-ready.
- Ensure compliance with production standards, safety requirements, and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a food, FMCG, or manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience supervising or leading maintenance technicians in a production environment.
- Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown management of industrial equipment.
- Working knowledge of PLC and industrial automation systems, with experience in troubleshooting and basic program modification.
- Experience with SAP PM or other CMMS is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Willing to work a 6-day work week. (Alternate Saturday – 2 times per month)
