Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, dependencies, and timeline.
• Estimate resources and cost, prepare budget, track project costs, and prepare financial and procurement documents for purchaser and vendor contracts.
• Manage resources, schedules, and budget to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
• Develop and manage a detailed project plan for all project phases.
• Manage teams and coordinate with related teams to find solutions and resolve dependencies.
• Manage backlog prioritization, resource utilization, and change management.
• Organize project/sprint meetings: grooming, planning, progress updates, demos, and deployments; produce minutes summarizing key issues and actions.
• Monitor, track, and control project progress; resolve issues, blockers, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
• Ensure project quality for both functional and non-functional requirements following defined standards.
• Communicate project status, milestones, deliveries, risks, issues, and proposed mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Build and motivate project team members to meet goals and adhere to responsibilities and milestones.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement and contribute to process improvement initiatives, including sprint retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
• 3–7 years' experience in IT project management, software delivery, or IT consulting.
• Knowledge of fundamental project management processes, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Project management certification such as PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
• Experience in software project management in Banking, Financial, or Insurance industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to encourage and enable team collaboration.
