About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer to design, develop, and implement software solutions across the full software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements and system design through testing and deployment, working collaboratively within an engineering team to deliver high-quality, scalable software. Onsite in Bangkok.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, well-structured, and testable code that meets team coding standards and contributes to application performance and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback to help maintain code quality
• Understand business requirements and collaborate with teammates to deliver software that meets expectations
• Develop features and solutions using a combination of tools and platforms from the tech stack
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and resolve them
• Communicate clearly with team members, manage assigned tasks, and deliver work within expected timelines
• Follow the software development life cycle and internal engineering processes
• Support and learn from senior engineers and begin sharing knowledge with junior teammates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on development experience
• Good working knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js; familiarity with frameworks such as Next.js, React.js, or Express
• Familiarity with scripting in a Linux operating system environment
• Good understanding of infrastructure and CI/CD tools such as AWS, Google Cloud, Jenkins, or similar
• Exposure to or curiosity about technologies such as Firebase, Docker, Nginx, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes, or Socket
• Strong interest in learning new tools and platforms across software development and data engineering and solid understanding of SDLC principles
• Thai national or currently based in Bangkok
• Strong proficiency in English both speaking and writing
