SAP MM/IM Consultant

About the Role

Join Accenture as an SAP MM/IM Consultant and help organizations improve their materials and inventory operations through effective SAP solutions. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business needs into functional designs, and support solutions that improve operational efficiency.

This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Inventory Management (IM), contribute to solution design, and build broader consulting capabilities through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement business solutions using SAP MM, with a focus on Inventory Management processes and capabilities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional and application designs.
• Work with stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges, and evolving business requirements.
• Assess existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and innovation.
• Support the integration of SAP solutions with broader business processes and technology environments.
• Contribute to business process mapping, functional specifications, solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
• Participate in team discussions, provide functional insights, and help resolve SAP MM/IM-related business challenges.
• Build SAP MM/IM subject matter expertise while contributing independently and collaboratively across project teams.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 year of relevant professional experience, including experience with SAP MM and/or related SAP functional capabilities.
• Proficiency in SAP Materials Management (MM), particularly Inventory Management (IM).
• Experience translating business requirements into functional or application designs.
• Understanding of business design concepts and how technology solutions support business requirements.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business process analysis and process mapping.
• Experience contributing to SAP solution design.
• Ability to interpret business or operational data to support analysis and decision-making.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders.
• Exposure to end-to-end SAP MM processes and their integration with related SAP functions.
