Regional Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide finetuned analytical BI tools to the region, adjusting global governed self-service data and combining with local data and structures
• Regularly use expert knowhow of the various available datasets to generate ad-hoc data overviews supporting business decisions (e.g., assortment complexity, LOM, inventory analysis)
• Multiply learnings within regional & local teams by supporting data & analytics requests
• Data processing, analysis and visualization; evaluate potential use cases (savings, workload reduction, etc.) and provide data-based recommendations
• Roll out global good practices/learnings/solutions and foster local and regional solutions for global leverage
• Identify and groom further analytic use cases in the region; shape use cases into an MVP approach, collaborate with Global Planning Analysts for high-level design and estimates and bring into a qualified backlog
• Shape and finetune decision automation rules and algorithms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline
• Significant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or supply chain planning analytics
• Experience working with large datasets and structured business data; experience with planning data and supply chain datasets is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical mindset, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment; strong communication, collaboration, and proactive working style
