Intern - Mechanical Design Engineer (Studying Bachelor's or Master's Degree)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously update knowledge of component technology, manufacturing methods, and parts applications.
• Provide technical support and product-related information to colleagues and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze product performance and derive corrective actions (CA) for future product improvement.
• Perform design changes and engineering modifications based on lessons learned and identified issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure effective implementation of design improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MS Office, SPC, Big Data platform, Minitab, JMP, MATLAB, SolidWorks, GD&T, DOE, mechanical drawing interpretation, and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Technical problem-solving skills; flexible, adaptable, and service-minded.
• Good English communication skills, verbal and written.
