Marketing Campaign Operations Associate (CRM)(Junior - Senior)

This position is working on-site 5 days. (Flexible working hours)

Responsibilities

• Initiate the planning and execution of marketing operations across multiple channels
• Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
• Optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to execute campaigns
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of marketing activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations or related roles
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Using Braze is mandatory)
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and related marketing strategies
• English TOEIC score of 600+
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Cross-functional coordination skills
• Passionate in Cryptocurrency, Blockchain Technology, Start-Up, FinTech, Digital currency, Tokenization
