About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join the Payment Platform Team, focusing on developing on-shelf products to help businesses enter the market, expand service offerings, and grow the TrueMoney user base.

Responsibilities

• Think big and then execute at a granular level.
• Learn the intricacies of completions and drilling data life cycles and become a subject-matter expert.
• Lead development of on-shelf products for businesses within the TrueMoney Payment Platform, ensuring products meet market needs and align with TrueMoney’s strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and develop roadmaps for product launches that support business growth and enhance the ecosystem.
• Break down complex product ideas into actionable user stories and product requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, business, and compliance teams to ensure product solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Innovate around payment solutions to simplify business integration with the TrueMoney ecosystem.
• Drive go-to-market strategies for new payment products addressing business and user needs.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve and optimize product offerings.
• Manage competing priorities including product roadmap, stakeholder requests, and time-to-market goals while focusing on delivering a great user experience.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in fintech, payments, or consulting.
• Proven product management experience focused on payment platforms or related financial services.
• Strong ability to understand complex payment technologies and articulate them clearly to different stakeholders.
• Keen interest in learning new technologies and delivering products that integrate seamlessly into business ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills with a systematic and structured approach to documenting business needs (modeling, requirement analysis) and problem solving.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong knowledge of a specific application domain and business.
• Effective soft skills: stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and relationship management to interact with vendors and technical teams.
• Capable of inspiring and leading teams to achieve product goals.
• Experience in creating go-to-market strategies for new payment solutions.
• Familiarity with Jira or other product management tools is an advantage.

Skills

• Experience with E-Payment technologies such as POS systems, Card systems, Payment Gateway, and understanding E-Payment concepts (acquiring, issuing, online transactions) and payment lifecycle: authorization, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Experience with card schemes (VISA, MasterCard, and/or Union-Pay) and certification processes.
• Knowledge of other Core Banking systems.
