The team combines seasoned experts and new talent to build robust and adaptable systems. Seven Peaks is a technology company based in Bangkok providing end-to-end digital product services including Product Design, Mobile/Web Development, Cloud Native Solutions, Data and Analytics, IoT integrated solutions and Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of advanced backend systems using C# and .NET, focusing on cloud technologies.
• Make critical decisions on technology choices and architectural designs for high-scale projects.
• Mentor and nurture a team of developers, fostering an environment of growth and leadership development.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders for efficient project management and delivery.
• Uphold high standards of code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization.
• Drive code reviews, best practices, and knowledge sharing to build a strong development team.
• Stay at the forefront of technology trends, continuously enhancing your skills and your team's.
• Contribute significantly to internal processes and strategies, aligning them with the company’s vision and goals.

Qualifications

• A degree in computer/technology-related discipline or equivalent work experience (BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject).
• 8+ years of experience in backend development, with solid expertise in C#, .NET, and cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team building, mentorship, and developing emerging leaders.
• A track record of leading successful projects and nurturing high-performing development teams.
• Deep understanding of scalable, secure, and maintainable system development.
• Experience in automated testing and advanced software development practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, proactive leadership style.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Based in Thailand or open to relocation to Bangkok.
