Technical Engineer

Job Summary

Osotspa is seeking engineers across multiple specializations for our glass manufacturing plants and personal care production facilities.

Glass Plants - Production Engineer

• Prepare analytical data on the production process with daily, weekly, and monthly summaries to report to supervisors
• Monitor production yield to ensure it meets the company's targets
• Analyze data to identify the root causes of problems in the production process and propose solutions
• Improve and develop assigned production processes
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments to report defects or collaborate on improvements
• Be responsible for adjusting machinery under your supervision to ensure it operates at full efficiency

Glass Plants - Technical Engineer

• Supervise, mentor, and train subordinates to comply with the maintenance schedule of glass bottle production machinery
• Perform inspection, analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted production
• Plan and oversee maintenance activities for utility systems and general equipment, ensuring alignment with the scheduled maintenance plan
• Ensure sufficient spare parts are prepared for the machinery under responsibility to prevent any disruption to the production process
• Develop cost-effective designs for machine components and implement improvements to increase production efficiency
• Carry out activities related to various systems including ISO standards, GHPs, HACCP, 5S, and KAIZEN
• Conduct safety and environmental inspections, identify and address unsafe conditions and behaviors within the facility, take corrective actions, and report findings to management
• Support electrical energy conservation activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Engineer (Personal Care)

• Design stable and reliable databases or applications according to company needs
• Develop, test, improve and maintain new and existing databases to help users retrieve data effectively
• Collect, interpret data and analyze results
• Coordinate product launch and relaunch activities
• Improve productivity and efficiency of production including utility and facility projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and specification
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and provide solution options for all concerned
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including handbooks to accurately represent application design
