Responsibilities

• Work with clients to define and implement "Heart of the Business" transformation strategies that drive business value.
• Identify opportunities and define strategies for efficiencies in work processes and innovative approaches to delivering scope of work.
• Plan and deploy cognitive and digital technology to reduce costs, maximize efficiency, transform payments and revenue processes, and support emerging business models.
• Conduct relevant research and data analysis, create reports, and maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.
• Assess and redesign operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline service delivery.
• Define, analyse, and manage requirements; conduct workshops, interviews, and working sessions; maintain requirements traceability and manage changes.
• Prepare and manage project deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents and Functional Requirements Documents; ensure consistency across business requirements, system design, and implementation.
• Participate in team problem solving, assist in proposal development as requested, and actively expand consulting skills through training and mentoring.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviours: personal accountability, effective communication and relationship-building, working effectively in diverse and inclusive teams, and commitment to learning and development.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a business or finance discipline from a well ranked institution and/or currently enrolled in an MBA program.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in consulting or banking as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge in Business Analysis, Core Banking systems, and PMO to meet project delivery needs.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder facilitation skills; experience working with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, testers, and project managers.
• Experience preparing and managing project deliverables (e.g., BRD and FRD) and ensuring functional alignment across requirements, design, and implementation.
• Proven track record in management consulting with experience in business and operations transformation; ability to drive insights, develop initiatives and engage stakeholders across functions to set strategic direction and enable operational change and execution.
• Willingness and ability to take initiative, learn independently, work on ambiguous problems, manage multiple overlapping tasks in a fast-paced environment, and work under pressure.
• Strong emotional intelligence and teamwork skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in Thailand.
