Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, including guest rooms and public spaces
• Deliver guest requests and ensure spaces contribute to a great guest experience
• Stock and prepare housekeeping carts
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
• Perform hands-on tasks: stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Qualifications

• Ability to follow procedures and maintain a safe workplace
• Physical capability for extended periods on feet and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Customer-service oriented with attention to detail
