About the Role

Join the GrabMart Strategy team to lead merchant medium-to-long-term ecosystem growth through strategic category management and portfolio optimization. In this high-ownership role you will architect end-to-end incubation strategies for strategic merchants and build scalable growth infrastructure to power sustainable market expansion. This role is 5-days onsite at Grab Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote sustainable merchant growth strategies to maximize GMV, revenue, and operational performance
• Manage portfolio optimization, merchant selection frameworks, and category management to expand market reach
• Lead cross-functional projects and strategic partnerships to accelerate merchant success and deliver OKRs
• Use advanced analytics and business modeling to create insights and inform strategy
• Translate complex data into compelling narratives to align stakeholders and optimise resource allocation
• Partner across regional teams, departments, and external partners to build integrated business solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in E-commerce, strategy, commercials, or business development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; basic SQL is a plus
• Ability to invent structural thinking frameworks and simplify into relevant action plans
• Comfortable and effective in a fast-paced team environment with high ownership
• Creative thinker who can generate new ideas with clear rationale
