About the Team

The SCS Core Team is responsible for setting and achieving SCS commercial targets by developing strategies to increase sales, improve margins, and select new SKUs to source. We act as the shop owner - setting prices, creating promotions and campaigns, selecting which SKUs to sell, as well as handling all shop administration.

Responsibilities

• FP&A: handle FP&A tasks for the shop, set targets and forecast future performance; analyze why actual performance is higher or lower than the target, break performance into key levers, and use results to shape actions and overall shop strategy.
• Strategic Initiatives: control pricing and marketing strategy, balancing sales generation, platform competitiveness, and maximizing SCS margins; analyze which SKUs sell well at which price points, which SKUs need more promotion and visibility, and how to improve overall conversion rate.
• Drive Project Execution: manage execution of marketing projections, ensure stakeholders are aligned, and operate within committed timeframes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 0 - 1 years of experience in financial analysis and planning, marketing, or adjacent fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify bottlenecks and create strategies to overcome them
• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders to achieve project objectives
