Solutions Engineer

About the Role

Responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, after-sales technical support and maintenance of company electrical products to ensure reliable operation and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Guide installation, commissioning, and startup of products at customer sites to meet customer requirements.
• Provide on-site technical support following product manuals and customer needs; resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
• Provide technical guidance for routine maintenance and repairs to minimize customer downtime and ensure stable operation.
• Offer technical consulting to customers, resolve operational issues, and help keep equipment and systems in optimal condition.
• Maintain communication with customers, respond to needs promptly, collect feedback, and propose improvements in collaboration with internal teams.
• Respond quickly to equipment failures, perform troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and deliver effective solutions in cooperation with headquarters technical team.
• Compile after-sales service reports, track equipment performance and customer feedback, analyze failure types and frequencies, and recommend preventive maintenance strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 2–4 years' experience in pre-sales or after-sales technical support in energy storage, e-mobility, inverters, or other electrical product businesses.
• Valid international or European driver's license (depending on country requirements).
• Ability to travel and flexibility in work schedule.
