Automation Engineer (RPA / Python)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior RPA Software Engineer to join our growing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team at Makro PRO. In this onsite, full-time role you will design, develop, and scale digital workforce solutions using Python and integrate AI/ML to create intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop robust, scalable, and efficient end-to-end automation solutions primarily using Python.
• Integrate RPA bots with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs to ensure seamless process automation.
• Author complex SQL queries to manipulate and retrieve data for automation workflows.
• Serve as a key contributor in projects to enhance RPA solutions with AI/ML capabilities, moving toward intelligent automation.
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process optimization across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with expert-level proficiency in Python.
• Extensive experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and working with various database systems.
• Proven track record of designing and building automated solutions to solve business problems.
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
• Professional experience as an AI Engineer with a portfolio of projects involving machine learning, NLP, or computer vision integrated into applications.
