About the Role

To accelerate our impact, we are looking for passionate innovators and change-makers who want to redefine the landscape of education in Thailand. As our Business Development Lead, you will be the key architect in shaping the strategic direction of upskilling and reskilling for the Thai workforce. You will drive large-scale business initiatives, act as a mentor, and take ownership of the team's growth and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Define high-level vision and strategy for the team by monitoring Tech/Digital Skills trends and setting the roadmap; take full responsibility for the team's Profit & Loss (P&L) to achieve targets.
• Manage the entire product portfolio, strategically allocate resources and manage the instructor network to build long-term partnerships; establish operational systems to utilize feedback for efficient product standards at scale.
• Design complex or novel curricula hands-on; set quality standards, coach the team in creating learning journeys, and conduct on-site quality checks to elevate standards.
• Lead solution design for large-scale or complex projects; assist the team and sales in deep-dive problem analysis to design solutions that meet corporate client needs and unlock constraints to ensure project success.
• Manage and mentor the team to transfer knowledge, upskill staff, foster a supportive learning and working environment, and unlock the team's potential.

Qualifications

• Passionate educator and leader able to transmit vision and expand access to quality education for the Thai workforce.
• Deep knowledge in AI, Data, or Programming with ability to capture market trends to formulate curriculum strategies and consult on difficult problems.
• Systematic thinker using data to drive strategic decisions; strong business acumen and ownership in managing P&L for growth.
• Growth and coaching mindset; comfortable giving and receiving feedback with learner success as the primary goal.
• Experience in team management or overseeing complex projects (Project Management); experience in EdTech, Tech Consulting, or as an instructor is a plus.
