English Tutor

About the Role

We are looking for an English Tutor to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. You will have conversations in both Thai and English with chatbots and write novel conversations to teach them appropriate responses.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots writing and editing tasks and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
• Measure AI chatbot progress, evaluate logic, and provide solutions to improve model quality
• Create novel conversational examples to teach desired responses and tone

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Thai
• Detail-oriented with excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
