About the Role

Analyse and process return tasks and provide problem solving support to the Returns team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day orders in WMS and arrange order activities to maximize efficiency, reliability, timeliness and cost-effectiveness of the return process
• Provide data and return issues for supervisor to prepare daily and monthly reports
• Communicate and coordinate with other teams and departments
• Analyse and solve problems to improve Returns performance
• Handle return products to seller or buyer
• Improve skills and competencies of team members to meet KPI targets
• Support all functional processes in Returns team and other departments
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior or manager

Qualifications

• Vocational degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain or related field; new graduates with strong potential (Bachelor’s degree) are welcome
• At least 1 year experience in warehousing (e-commerce highly preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; good team player
• Able to work shifts and day-off when required
