Key Responsibilities

• ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและบริการของแบรนด์แก่ลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ
• สร้างประสบการณ์การซื้อที่ดีและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า
• วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้าและนำเสนอสินค้าที่เหมาะสม
• ดูแลยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด
• ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่ขายและการจัดวางสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของแบรนด์
• อัปเดตความรู้เกี่ยวกับสินค้า คอลเลกชันใหม่ และเทรนด์ด้านไลฟ์สไตล์อยู่เสมอ
• สนับสนุนกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายและแคมเปญการตลาดของร้าน
• จัดการข้อร้องเรียนหรือปัญหาของลูกค้าอย่างเหมาะสมและรวดเร็ว
• ดูแลสต็อกสินค้าเบื้องต้น และประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Qualifications

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย / ปวช. ขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขาย Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle หรือ Customer Service จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• บุคลิกภาพดี มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• มีใจรักงานบริการและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
• มีความสนใจด้านแฟชั่น ไลฟ์สไตล์ หรือเทรนด์สินค้า
• สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ รวมถึงวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นได้ (หากสื่อสารได้ดีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
