Strategy & Operations Intern

About the Company

AZC is a fractional marketing agency for startups and consumer brands. We do the strategy and the execution: content, positioning, community building, and the systems that hold it all together. We're a small team, which means no layers between the problem and the person who can solve it.

About the Role

This is a 2-month structured internship programme (15–20 hours/week) with clear wins built in. You'll work closely with the founder across three main areas:

• Business Development: Identify and close business growth opportunities; research prospects, spot openings, and help shape targeting.
• Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies for AZC and our clients.
• Operations: Experiment with AI workflows to develop better ways to run our systems.

Responsibilities

• Work across BD, content strategy, and operations with direct mentorship from the founder.
• Develop an eye for design and copy; identify 3–5 improvements for a piece of work.
• Dig into data and make evidence-informed decisions.
• Manage projects end-to-end, from strategy to execution.

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate university programme (requirement).
