About the Role

Join our customer's team as an AI Content Evaluation Specialist and play a vital role in ensuring AI-generated content aligns with community guidelines and safety standards. This expert-level, contractor role is remote (US/Canada/LATAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and moderate AI-generated images and text for compliance with safety and content guidelines.
• Identify, flag, and report potentially harmful or inappropriate materials across various platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine content evaluation procedures and ensure continuous improvement.
• Analyze emerging trends in social media and user-generated content to inform evaluation protocols.
• Document findings and provide clear, actionable feedback to development teams.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, content moderation, and digital safety practices.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal best practices and knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• Required: Proven experience in content moderation, digital safety evaluation, or a related field; strong social media literacy and awareness of platform-specific community guidelines; advanced skills in analyzing visual and textual content for compliance and safety risks; exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with meticulous attention to detail; ability to provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback; comfortable working independently and as part of a remote, collaborative team; excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred: Experience working with AI or machine learning-driven content moderation tools; background in psychology, communications, or a related discipline; demonstrated passion for digital safety and ethical content evaluation.
