Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Design and implement incentive reporting aligned with company strategy to drive sales performance and target achievement.
• Understand sales incentive criteria, conditions, and program mechanics.
• Understand user’s requirements, clarify solutions and develop scripts for generating incentive reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize individual incentive payouts and performance by key metrics.
• Enhance and streamline incentive processes by automating workflows and large-scale data processing to reduce manual effort and calculation errors.
• Ensure clear documentation of incentive programs, including KPIs, calculation methodology, and workflow processes.
• Maintain a strong understanding of enterprise products and collaborate with analytics and product teams to validate product master data for accurate reporting.
• Provide support and guidance to sales teams by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and clarifying incentive program details.
