Procurement Manager – Foodservices

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration for our Fiber Foodservice business. This role is essential in optimizing costs, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining supplier performance, and driving continuous improvement. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and enhance end-to-end supply chain efficiency.
• Lead local and international purchasing activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiations, and performance management.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and service levels.
• Negotiate agreements on pricing, lead times, delivery terms, and service levels aligned with business goals.
• Oversee import logistics, shipment coordination, and compliance with trade regulations; apply Incoterms to optimize costs and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders and customs brokers for on-time delivery of goods; ensure smooth cross-border flows.
• Monitor procurement and logistics performance; provide strategic recommendations for cost savings and service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies, drive risk identification and mitigation.
• Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and project teams to align activities with business needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to supplier reliability, market fluctuations, and geopolitical factors.
• Optimize inventory management through demand forecasting and strategic stock levels; drive inventory accuracy and turns.
• Lead supplier performance reviews, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support internal/external audits.
• Develop operational plans, set KPI targets, and execute tasks to meet departmental and company objectives.
• Mentor and develop cross-functional teams; foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in supply chain/procurement, including 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Expertise in international purchasing, supplier negotiations, and logistics coordination; experience in Fiber Foodservice is an advantage.
• Proven ability to implement cost-saving procurement strategies and optimize supply chain performance.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of P&L implications and financial impacts on procurement.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align procurement and logistics operations with business objectives.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and compliance standards; experience in multinational environments and cross-border supplier management.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems; data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
