Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project & Support Manager to lead project delivery and support operations for our AI software solutions. This role combines hands-on project management, technical coordination, and post-deployment support leadership. You will work closely with customers, product teams, engineering teams, and solution architects to ensure smooth implementation, high service quality, and continuous improvement across our AI product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate client needs, contractual scope and operational scenarios to define clear success criteria.
• Own project planning, resource coordination, execution and budget control from kick-off to handover.
• Translate requirements into a scoped solution that follows company methodology, compliance rules and customer constraints.
• Act as the primary coordinator between delivery teams, product owners and client stakeholders to align expectations and communications.
• Track progress, surface and mitigate risks/issues, and ensure design and QA meet agreed acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain standard project templates, workflows and best practices to raise delivery consistency and efficiency.
• Produce and file required internal documentation to satisfy corporate policies and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic / Computer Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical project management or equivalent delivery role.
• Great communication and leadership skill, with proven client relationship skills; initiative and commercial awareness.
• PMP (or equivalent) certification preferred.
• Solid IT fundamentals across OS, networking, servers and cloud platforms.
• Prior exposure to Smart City, public security, or smart transport projects is a strong plus.
• Oversea travel and remote/onsite project delivery are required.
• Fluent in English, and Thai (Spoken and written). Basic Mandarin communication skills are an added advantage.
• Fast learner with ability to quickly master product capabilities across the group’s portfolio; meticulous, accountable, and ownership-driven.
