What you'll do:

• Executes tests in accordance with agreed requirements, including international standards and Electrolux internal guidelines.
• Prepares and sets up all aspects of testing, including equipment, samples, workspace, materials, and other necessary conditions to ensure accurate and reliable evaluation.
• Performs assigned technical tasks of low complexity under the supervision of experienced professionals.
• Follows established procedures to support daily laboratory operations.
• Carries out tasks based on instructions, guidance, and direction from supervisors.

• Performs assigned technical tasks of low complexity under the supervision of experienced colleagues.
• Follows established procedures to support daily laboratory operations.
• Carries out practical tasks with moderate guidance, ensuring adherence to defined processes.
• Plans, prioritizes, and organizes own workload to meet agreed deadlines.
• Supports CARE product development in line with product requirements, including problem analysis and resolution.
• Contributes to cost reduction initiatives and continuous quality improvement activities.
• Ensures proper documentation and reporting of test results in line with defined standards and procedures.
• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to support project goals and share technical knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High vocational ’s Degree or equivalent through acquired technical knowledge
• 0-2 years’ experience, this is an entry job for a technical school graduate, a starter job within the company in Engineering or others related field
