Key accountabilities

• Ensure that the setup is ready in time.
• Ensure follow the recipe and correctly cooking.
• Follow standards of food quality and preparation procedures, ensuring hygiene standards specified by the policies, standards, and HACCP.

General requirements

• Minimum 1 years' experience as Commis.
• Knowledge of international cuisine is preferred.
• Secondary or High school education or relevant University Qualifications (e.g. Hospitality Management or Culinary).
