Responsible management of Problem investigations from start to finish by facilitating root cause investigations and managing the implementation of corrective and preventative measures.
Reviews Incident data to analyse assigned problems.
Provides a single point of contact for one or more problems and is responsible for ownership and coordination of actions of those problems to analyze for root cause, identify Known Error and coordinating actions to remove the error.
Provides SME level 3rd & 4th level knowledge to the Support Organization, this extends to all products that are supported by L2.
Assist the team with creating tools, scripts, dashboards, workarounds, reports, etc that benefit the Support Organization and/or the customer.
