About the Role

We are looking for a passionate SAP Consultant (FI / CO / TM) to join the Corporate Solutions Team within the Information Technologies Department. The role focuses on gathering requirements, improving business processes, supporting SAP users, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from global business partners and act as a bridge between business users and developers using business analysis methodologies
• Consult and improve business processes leveraging value-added technologies
• Plan and design business process tests and usability evaluations
• Provide key-user and end-user training
• Support business users to resolve SAP system issues focusing on FI, CO, or TM modules
• Propose ERP solutions aligned with business requirements
• Coordinate with related internal and external parties
• Manage documentation such as Functional Specifications, Blueprint, and change requests
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with SAP (FI, CO, or TM) in deployment and user support
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP configuration and process design
• Proven ability to support end-users effectively with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in both implementation and support phases of ERP projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) for regional collaboration
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Thailand and the APAC region
