• Support various DEI initiatives and activities that help create a more inclusive workplace.

Employee Experience – Region People Intranet Revamp

• Contribute to the Regional People Intranet Revamp, helping improve how employees access information
• Bring your ideas and creativity to create a better digital employee experience.

Employer Branding & Career Website

• Support our Employee Branding initiatives, including content and updates for the Career Website.

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Communication, Digital or a related discipline
• Digital competencies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Culturally adaptable
• Organized, proactive and able to handle multiple priorities
• Fluent in English, knowledge of French or Thai is a plus
• Enthusiasm for working in an international and industrial environment.
