T&T Manager - Oracle Technical Lead - TH

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Oracle Technical consultants in the delivery of technical solutions to clients.
• Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; collaborate with Deloitte resources from other service lines and industries.
• Lead the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud ERP consulting engagements, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure successful integration of Oracle systems into existing infrastructure.
• Manage and deliver projects, influence stakeholders, and apply understanding of disruptive trends and competitor activity to recommend changes in line with leading practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related degree.
• Broad IT expertise in implementation, architecture, data migration, integration, reporting, and extensions for Fusion Cloud and EBS applications as a Technical Lead or Project Lead.
• Hands-on experience building integrations in OIC using REST/SOAP services, FBDI and ADFDI.
• OCI knowledge is mandatory, particularly for PaaS environment provisioning, including setting up VCNs and landing zones for PaaS components.
• Experience working with Oracle GenAI services and Agentic Studio will be preferred.
• Subject-matter expertise within the ERP data domain including GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, Cash Management.
• At least 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP/EBS, with 5+ years on Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.
• Hands-on experience in design, development and deployment in at least two of the following ERP Cloud areas: data conversion, reports, integration with OCI services, OCI Gen AI/Agentic Studio.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
