Piping Inspector

About the Role

We’re looking for a Piping Inspector to join our Thailand team based in Rayong. As a Piping Inspector, you evaluate and monitor the quality and safety of welded structures—ensuring compliance with blueprints, process specifications, and industry codes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect piping works (fabrication, installation, welding) to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Perform line checks, visual inspection, and witness NDT / pressure testing
• Review inspection reports, test packages, and quality documentation
• Coordinate with construction and QA/QC teams to resolve site issues
• Ensure all works follow approved drawings, ITP, and project requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in piping fabrication, installation, or QA/QC (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical preferred)
• Knowledge of ASME, API, AWS codes and standards
• Industry experience with E&C or Petrochem Owner in the specification and review of welding procedures; ability to work to tight deadlines
• Thai language is essential
