IT Business Analyst (Logistics/Supply Chain)

Responsibilities

• Study, analyze, and gather business requirements from users and stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear and structured documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications (FS)
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and shared understanding of solutions
• Analyze existing business processes and design improved or new workflows to enhance operational efficiency
• Create use cases, process flows, diagrams, wireframes to illustrate system functionality and user journeys
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business and operational requirements
• Prepare reports, insights, or analytical summaries to support management decision-making and project governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum Sprint-based environments
• Familiarity with analysis and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Miro, Jira, Confluence, etc.), or BI tools
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Developers, Testers, Project Managers, and Product Owner
• Experience in Supply Chain domains such as Logistics, Delivery, Warehousing, or Inventory Management is a plus
