Assistant Manager, IT Infrastructure and Implementation

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT professional to support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure across corporate and property operations. This role is responsible for system deployment, network and infrastructure support, configuration management, automation initiatives, and ensuring operational stability and security standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead IT infrastructure and system implementation projects
• Manage deployment and configuration of network and IT systems
• Maintain system standards, procedures, and documentation
• Automate deployment and operational tasks where possible
• Support infrastructure audits and configuration baseline reviews
• Participate in IT incident response and troubleshooting activities
• Collaborate with teams across corporate office and properties to deliver effective IT solutions

Qualifications

• Hands-on, solution-oriented and capable of managing infrastructure projects
• Experience in system deployment, network and infrastructure support, configuration management and automation
• Familiarity with operational stability, security standards, incident response and system auditing
• Ability to provide technical support for both head office and hotel properties and collaborate with cross-functional teams
