Software Development Support

Responsibilities

• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across multiple software components and services.
• Collaborate with the infrastructure team to improve application deployment, system performance, and scalability.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency for software development and system implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and system integration.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer or related role.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience in defining technical requirements and reviewing engineering deliverables.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
