About the Role

Regional Data Migration & Deployment Lead (12-month contract). Drive end-to-end data migration execution across markets, coordinating with local market teams, global data stakeholders, and the SI partner to migrate legacy data (SAP ECC, SAP PLM) into the new TMICC landscape (SAP S/4HANA, Centric PLM, Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional data migration and deployment activities across multiple markets and act as primary regional contact for data migration topics.
• Coordinate with Local Data Coordinators, global teams and SI partner to ensure timely, complete and accurate data validation and sign-off.
• Oversee end-to-end migration cycles for multiple SAP ECCs, PLM and other ERP/marketing systems to target landscape.
• Track and manage data extraction, transformation, enrichment and load activities in collaboration with the SI partner.
• Ensure adherence to global data models, governance standards and migration methodologies; monitor data quality, validation progress and defect resolution.
• Engage and influence stakeholders across business, IT and external partners; facilitate workshops, alignment sessions and issue-resolution meetings.
• Provide reporting on migration progress, risks, issues and mitigation plans.
• Support testing phases (SIT, UAT, mock loads) by coordinating data readiness and defect resolution; lead regional support during cutover, blackout and hypercare phases.
• Identify risks early, escalate appropriately and drive mitigation; analyse recurring issues and propose improvements to rules, validation criteria or processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in data migration, data readiness or master data roles within large-scale, multi-country transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data structures; experience with SAP PLM or Centric PLM is a plus.
• Background in CPG or fast-moving, multi-market environments preferred.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Familiarity with data migration methodologies, data validation techniques, ETL concepts, data profiling and data quality assessment.
• Experience with tools such as SAP Data Services, data cataloguing platforms or metadata management solutions and awareness of regulatory/compliance considerations for data migration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) for communication, collaboration and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
