About the Role

Owns end‑to‑end migration strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define migration approach and phases
• Manage data and application migration
• Ensure business continuity during migration
• Coordinate cutover and rollback plans
• Align with data and testing teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years migration experience
• Telecom CRM / OM / EPC background
• Proven experience in large cutovers
