Manager, FP&A

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager - FP&A to support the CFO and the broader organization in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key financial processes, ensuring data accuracy, and translating complex operational data into actionable insights for senior management. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces challenges, thinks critically, and communicates with impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the annual budgeting process, consolidating inputs and challenging assumptions with department heads.
• Provide high-quality financial analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly performance reviews and rolling forecasts to support senior management decision-making.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages with variance analysis and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on merchant performance and collaborate with the accounting team to ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Act as a business partner to business teams on budget review and control, market & industry research, operational improvement, investment ROI evaluation, project modeling, contract review, and risk management.
• Participate in financing activities, M&A support, and other strategic initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA qualification is a plus.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience; financial due diligence experience from a Big 4 or reputable firm and FP&A experience within a corporate environment is a plus.
• Industry experience in eCommerce, Fintech, or Internet sectors is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with the ability to present financial results, lead discussions, and prepare executive-level presentations in English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; able to manage workload effectively and accommodate moderate overtime during peak periods (e.g., budgeting cycles, month-end close).

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical ability with experience handling large datasets.
• Financial modeling, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Structural and critical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and build scalable processes.
