Operations Performance Control Tower - Based in Ayutthaya (SPX Express)

About the Role

SOCN Performance Control Tower role focusing on KPI control, SLA improvement and loss analysis for SPX Express. Based in Wangnoi, Ayutthaya.

Responsibilities

• SOCN KPI controller plus 2026 growth
• Ops Check In Dashboard and Gap to follow up, working together with SOC / RC Leads / Across Mile
• Follow up MM Ops for newly expansion hub / RC
• SOC RC initiatives: project improvement and SLA improvement
• Summarize and investigation Rec Ops data (Meeting: SPX Ops x Opx - MM weekly meeting)
• Connect with BI / Product for enhancement and implementation
• Overall control of Quality Control (Skilled)
• Cross-function with Recovery Team for loss dispute and follow up
• Analyse & follow up loss internal SOC RC
• Analyse & follow up with LH for TP lost
• Monitor lost, stuck, hi-value target by % loss and stuck/lost trend analysis
• Coordinate miss sort to Engineer / LM
• Product Feature Control Tower activities and training for new feature implementation
• Request updates to AWB sort codes

Qualifications

• Able to be based at Wangnoi, Ayutthaya
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operation Management, Logistics Management or related fields
• Experience in team management
• Strong leadership as KPI controller and strong follow-up skills
• Experience with E-commerce SLA
• Strong analysis skills to deep dive into details and form hypotheses for root-cause solving
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Thai and English
• Able to work well under pressure, within short timelines and when required, especially during nighttime and campaigns
