Responsibilities

• Forecast the Future (Demand Planning): analyze market trends, sales data, and marketing initiatives to create accurate sales forecasts that guide the business.
• Balance Supply & Demand (Supply Planning): collaborate with factories, suppliers, and international teams to manage inventory levels and ensure product availability across all channels.
• Drive Performance with Data: utilize advanced planning systems and analytical tools to monitor performance, identify risks (stock-outs or overstocks), and propose agile solutions.
• Optimize the Flow of Goods: participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance to align on a single strategic business plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of work experience, OR a Master's degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related analytical field).
• Highly analytical and proactive, comfortable solving complex problems and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial drive; demonstrated leadership potential through studies, work, or extra-curricular activities.
• Excellent communication in both English and Thai.
• L’Oréal Brandstorm or prior L’Oréal internship is a big plus.
