Lead Brand Vendor Acquisition Agent (Shopee)

About the Team

To acquire potential brand from Tiktok, Lazada and offline to Shopeemall

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve the official shop onboarding target
• Monitor operations, identify issues and explore solutions when the team faces challenges
• Meeting with stakeholders via online and offline channels
• Support and incubate sellers for basic operations to onboard official shop
• Coordinate with cross departments to solve daily operational issues (Legal, ICC, Operations)
• Initiate projects across the team or internally
• Coordinate closely with category, business partnership, marketing and other teams to get proposals for seller acquisition

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Offline–Online business or Business Development is a plus
• Logical thinking and strong negotiation skills
• Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and present both over the phone and in person
• Knowledge of MS Office; Basic Excel including Pivot and VLOOKUP; PowerPoint
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Thai, both written and verbal; Chinese would be a plus
• Prior experience in sales roles and knowledge of platform trends and e-commerce is beneficial
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and trust with merchants to understand their business and key success factors
