As Process Engineering Manager, you will lead plant layout, process optimization, and new product launch readiness, ensuring operational excellence and managing capacity. You will also develop and coach the process engineering team while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Drive plant layout, line design, process optimization, and ensure readiness for new product launches (APQP, PPAP, validation, SOP).
- Lead Lean/VPS initiatives, improve productivity, reduce waste, and manage CAPEX, engineering budget, and KPI performance.
- Oversee capacity planning, engineering changes, and cross-functional project execution to support business growth.
- Develop, coach, and manage the process engineering team to ensure strong technical capability and performance.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety, environmental, and IATF 16949 quality standards.
- Work closely with internal departments and APAC/global teams; support supplier development and technical evaluations.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree with ≥5 years experience in automotive/process engineering
- Strong knowledge in APQP, PPAP, Lean/VPS, capacity analysis, and process improvement
- Proven leadership, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills
