iQIYI Thailand — lead planning and management of local original productions with a primary focus on BL content, and GL/BG and variety shows as supporting genres. Responsible for content development, production quality, compliance, cost control, partnerships and monetization to maximize ROI and long-term platform growth.

About the Role

1. Head of Local Original Content Production

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of local original productions from development to release.
• Manage Thai production partners, creative teams, and production execution to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Oversee BL-focused productions with a strong understanding of casting, fan culture, and promotional strategies.
• Handle commercial negotiations, partnerships, rights management, sponsorships, and monetization opportunities.
• Monitor budgets, cost control, ROI, and project profitability through data-driven management.
• Lead and develop the production team and improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Thai regulations, copyright requirements, and risk management standards.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in Thai film, series, or variety production, with at least 3 years in production management or coordination.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end production workflows and hands-on production experience.
• Excellent commercial negotiation, budgeting, cost control, and data analysis skills.
• Familiar with Thailand’s BL ecosystem, audience behavior, and promotional strategies; BL/GL experience preferred.
• Fluent Thai and business-level English; Chinese is a plus.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

About the Role

2. Thai Drama Producer

Responsibilities

• Acquire original Thai dramas including IP mining, early planning and development, project evaluation, and business promotion.
• Control quality of drama series and propose ideas/opinions on production and promotion on behalf of the platform to create high-quality projects.
• Manage full-cycle project operations: coordinate communication and internal/external affairs during project development.
• Maintain open communication and cooperative relationships with screenwriters, directors, and industry partners, and monitor market trends.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Thai drama production management with complete experience in Thai drama project operations; experience in TV series and/or BL projects preferred.
• Familiar with business operating rules of the Thai drama market and streaming platforms, able to align both sides' ideas.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, careful, responsible and proactive.
• Fluent in Thai; oral Chinese or English communication skills preferred.
