Assistant Procurement Manager Foods, Greater Asia – Collaborative Manufacturing

We're looking for a talented Assistant Procurement Manager to join our Foods Procurement team and drive strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, cost excellence, and sustainability initiatives across the Greater Asia Collaborative Manufacturing portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence regional business performance, lead value creation projects, and work with cross-functional teams across Thailand, the Philippines, and other key markets.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Collaborative Manufacturing (CM) portfolios
• Drive savings, productivity, innovation, and sustainability initiatives
• Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic manufacturing partners and suppliers
• Lead cost modeling, benchmarking, negotiations, and value chain optimization projects
• Partner closely with Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, Marketing, and Planning teams to deliver business objectives
• Improve supply resilience, supplier performance, and responsible sourcing compliance
• Support sustainability and Supplier Climate Program initiatives
• Analyze market trends and provide insights that support business decision-making

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Buying, or Supply Chain Procurement
• Background in Collaborative Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or Commodities is highly preferred
• Strong supplier management and negotiation experience
• Proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Understanding of supply chain operations, cost structures, and procurement processes
• Experience in supplier development, localization, and value creation initiatives
• Knowledge of sustainability and responsible sourcing practices
• Strong analytical and digital capabilities
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
