About the Role

The Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program for Early Career Talent to gain immersive experience in the Web3 space. Participants will experience life at Binance, expand their professional network, and build transferable skills alongside on-the-job work, networking and development activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of frontend products using frontend tech stack (TypeScript, React, etc.) and Node.js.
• Collaborate closely with Binance Wallet team and local teams to ensure seamless implementation of new features and user interfaces.
• Work with cross-functional teams (security, IT, infrastructure, etc.) to identify and resolve issues.
• Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, AI tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Current university students and recent graduates.
• Experience or interest in frontend development; proficient in at least one frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular) or willingness to learn quickly.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, React and/or Node.js preferred.
• Skilled in using AI tools to assist and enhance development processes.
• Strong learning ability, proactive attitude, and good communication and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Available for 4–5 days per week, minimum 3 months; part-time, hybrid/work-from-home arrangement (may vary by team).
